Everywhere you turn, there’s a workout program (led by a bubbly 20-something who’s closest brush with mid-life is her mom) promising that you’ll look your best in just 2-weeks. Our 40-minute workouts focus on a combo of strength + HIIT training through our Muscle Up and Full Body Fire sessions. This is the best form of training for mid-life women to see results.
Muscle Up sessions: progressive strength workouts that build off each other to allow for improved performance and continued results. This is strength training for the mid-life woman who wants to see a change in body composition while gaining confidence and competence in weightlifting. Muscle Up workouts run three times a week.
Full Body Fire sessions: high-intensity interval training that fires up the metabolism without spiking cortisol levels by training in short, intense bursts twice a week.
All workouts are recorded and posted in our private empowHER Fitness Facebook group for those who can’t make a LIVE workout or would like to repeat any workouts they’ve loved.
